The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (although I didn‘t have much contact outside of checking in and out since I didn‘t book with breakfast. The location is not bad at all, it‘s nicely located in Santa Catalina, the city center (cathedral etc.) is within a 15 minute walk, also the bus to the airport is only around a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and nice, all necessary amenities were included.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Powerful shower. Big TV. Very clean. Daily complimentary coffee and water in room. Great staff and excellent pillows/ bed. Location is perfect to visit Palma and to enjoy the hundreds of great restaurants in Santa Catalina. Bus stop very close by.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay in this hotel. Everything was 'just right'. It looks like the hotel focusses on business travellers , rather than holiday makers, which is nice.

If you know Palma and are a regular visitor like me, it's a great base. Very convenient if you know your way around the area, which makes it less obvious and away from the short-term tourist parties that serious travellers prefer to avoid.

Stuff was very nice, location good I think that it’s very expensive hotel - value for money. Location is 25 minute’s walking from Center. I had a quit room on the 4 floor

We received a very friendly welcome on our arrival at close to midnight. The staff was overall lovely and took strong measures to protect against Covid which was much appreciated. Great central location to explore the centre of Palma as well as the evening buzz of Santa Catalina.
