The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (although I didn‘t have much contact outside of checking in and out since I didn‘t book with breakfast. The location is not bad at all, it‘s nicely located in Santa Catalina, the city center (cathedral etc.) is within a 15 minute walk, also the bus to the airport is only around a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and nice, all necessary amenities were included.

Each member of the staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet - the first night it kept making a dripping noise. When we went to the reception in the morning to inform them, they were incredibly helpful and quick - the repairman was in the room quicker than we took to come back up from the reception! Also, the housekeeping did an incredible job every day and the bathroom was beautiful.

the hotel is located close to the city center as well as the waterfront. the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. the rooms are comfortable and super clean and the whole facility has a clean/neat feel to it. a big plus was the modern and function bathroom with a powerful and crystal clean shower. the gym is small but well equipped for the size

The hotel was in a good location, close to Santa Catalina which has the best restaurants in Palma! We booked a triple room. We had a cute little balcony, and the double bed was comfortable. It was pretty basic/ standard but no complaints. 12pm checkout is great.

Everything...... Room, Breakfast and Location were Excellent. The Staff was very helpful and we certainly loved Palma. I had visited in 1971 as a College student in the US and certainly the change has been GREAT !!!
